• To get install FileBrowser, you need to get download FileBrowser IPA. Get FileBrowser IPA. Download file from above link
• Now you need to sideload FileBrowser IPA. To get it done, There are a couple of tools available to you. You can use Cydia Impactor or Cydia Impactor alternative tools. 
• With Cydia Impactor, Extract the Zip file and open the Impactor.exe file on there. 
• Once the Cydia Impactor tool is opened, Connect the iOS device with a USB cable. Wait until the device gets connected with Cydia Impactor.
• After connected the device, Drag and Drop the FileBrowser.IPA file to Cydia Impactor. Then it will ask for Apple ID and Password. Provide it and wait until the installation finishes. 
• After installation, navigate to Setting > General > Profiles & Device Management. Locate and tap on the installed profile relating to the FileBrowser app. Tap on the Trust button displayed in the middle of the profile information.
• Then, you can exit out of the Settings app and head back to the FileBrowser app on the Home screen and tap on it. It will work without any issue.
